Investors are beginning to approve of Facebook’s (NASDAQ:FB) business model. After second quarter earnings were released, Facebook proved to the market that it’s mobile advertising platform was working and working well. Today the stock hit $38.00, the price of the initial public offering. I think, however, there are a number of issues Facebook needs to work out. One of those issues is the demographic issue. A large volume of Facebook users are teenagers and young adults, not the most stable demographic. You see, once Facebook loses the “cool” factor, teens and young adults will begin to switch. This demographic is similar to a herd of sheep, once a few change direction, all will change direction. Do you agree? Do you think Facebook will lose the “cool” factor?
